On Feb 25th, nearly 40,000 people across Canada braved the chilly air, walking several kilometres in their towns and cities to raise funds for hurt, hunger and homelessness for their local charities. Orangeville had 56 teams, 417 people who took to our streets raising $123,037 for our Orangeville Food Bank who organized the whole event! Our Club had 20 walkers raising $8000 headed by Optimist President Kevin MacBean. We came in second with money raised in Orangeville! Kudos to our team and all their supporters!!
