During Christmas in The Park

The Optimist Club are pleased to host the 31st Annual Christmas in the Park.   We are excited and look forward to organizing and decorating the park.  If you are interested in putting in a display this year or
sponsoring a tree lighting, please complete the attached registration form and return a copy to us as soon as possible so we can ensure there is space for everyone.

The schedule

This year’s schedule is as follows:

  • Set up is to occur on the weekend of November 25th and 26th, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
    If this time frame is not suitable, we are in the park the weekend before November 18th
    & 19th, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., to set up club displays.Access to the park is limited
    to these dates/times.If you require additional time please let us know as there may be
    members working in the park during the week.

  • All final touches must be completed by November 30th

  • Opening night is December 1st -Lights come on shortly after 7 p.m.

  • The last night the park will be open is December 31, 2023.

  • Take down will occur on the weekend of January 6th and 7th, 2024

 

If you have specific needs for your display, please reach out to us to discuss them well in advance
of the set-up weekend.
