Melody Greenley has stepped away from coordinating our Displayers, we have Josh Leitch taking her place.
If you are interested in bringing your own display or would like to sponsor a tree lighting for our 34th Annual Christmas in The Park during December 2026, read the scheule below and please email Josh Leitch for the registration form.
We are excited and look forward to organizing and decorating the park every year.

The Displayers Schedule
The 2026 schedule will be as follows:

Set up is to occur on the weekend of November 21st and 22nd, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
If this time frame is not suitable, we are in the park the weekend of November 14th
& 15th, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., to set up club displays. Access to the park is limited
to these dates/times. If you require additional time please let us know as there may be
members working in the park during the week. -
It is imperative you use OUTDOOR lights, extension chords, any electrical units.

Small displays should consider using a platform as a base.

All final touches must be completed by November 28th.

Opening night is December 1st 2026.

The last night the park will be open is December 31, 2026.

Take down will occur on the weekend of January 2nd and 3rd, 2027.
If you have specific needs for your display, please reach out to us to discuss them well in advance
of the set-up weekend.
